Releasing in to your Calm Collective Members area at 8pm on Wednesday 6th May 2026, join Diane for this recorded Sessions with Diane.
Setting boundaries can bring relief, discomfort, guilt, or all three. This month explores boundaries from the inside, focusing on internal permission rather than external action, and why guilt so often appears when limits are considered.

You might be carrying stress or emotional strain that never quite settles.
You might feel tense, depleted, or unsure how to move forward without pushing yourself harder.
You might want support, but only if it feels safe, respectful, and pressure-free.
You might not see yourself as someone who’s been through “trauma”.
You might think others have had it far worse.
You might simply know that something isn’t working, and you don’t know why.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
I was almost astonished by the feeling of confidence that showed up through 12 Days of Calm. Confidence had always been just under the surface for me but this helped it bubble back up. I’ve had confidence come and go through my life and now at 87 I’m revisiting it again and so far it’s staying put and I love the feeling. The gentle pace, no pressure and encouragement made it feel safe and possible
Very helpful. Enjoying the resources available within the membership. Thankyou!
The Calm Collective is a trauma-informed online membership, designed for people who want steady support and meaningful change without pressure, force, or overwhelm.
Trauma-informed here simply means that everything is offered in a way that respects how nervous systems actually respond to stress, emotion, and life experience.
This space is designed to help you:
There is no requirement to keep up, share, or follow a set path.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Your nervous system underpins how you respond to stress, emotion, relationships and change itself.
When it has been stretched for too long - by pressure, responsibility, uncertainty or repeated stress - even small things can feel difficult, and trying harder can make things worse. A trauma-informed space isn’t about labels or dramatic past events.
It’s about working with your nervous system, rather than pushing against it. The Calm Collective is for people who want support and change - even if they've never thought about the nervous system before, and even if they don't believe their experiences "count" as trauma

No tie-ins, no pressure
Stay as long as you like. Cancel anytime with ease.
Many people notice real, meaningful changes as they spend time in the Calm Collective.
Often these shifts are gradual rather than dramatic, and show up in everyday moments, such as:
- responding with less self-criticism when things feel hard
- having more clarity about what supports them
- feeling steadier emotionally
- approaching change with less fear or pressure
- trusting themselves a little more
There’s no timeline to follow and no expectation to arrive anywhere.
Change is supported here, not forced.
Many people find that the real value comes not from one session, but from staying and letting understanding build gently over time.

Each month you’ll receive a trauma-informed video session exploring a single theme through nervous system education, reflection, and gentle experiential guidance.
These sessions are designed to:
build understanding without overwhelm
support awareness rather than analysis
invite change without forcing it
Watch anytime. Pause. Revisit. Or skip.

Guided meditations, relaxations, and hypnotherapy audios, with new releases every month.

Others rarely.
Both are welcome.

These calls are shaped by what members need.

Connect with Diane for helpful signposting to relevant supportive resources within the membership.
There is no pressure to participate.
Members will also get early access to new offerings, member-only pricing on future courses and content not shared publicly elsewhere
Some people like to know what’s coming.
Others prefer to arrive fresh each month.
Both ways are completely welcome here.
This page is simply an optional overview of the themes we’ll be exploring across the year.
If you’d like a little more context, you can click on any theme to read a short description. There’s no expectation to read them all, and no need to engage with everything.
Each month stands on its own.
January – Creating Meaningful Change Without Punishment
This theme explores why change so often becomes tangled with pressure, self-criticism, or a sense of needing to try harder. We gently look at what becomes possible when punishment is taken out of the picture, and when change is approached with steadiness rather than force.
February – Safety Before Change
Before change can happen, the nervous system needs to feel safe enough. This theme focuses on noticing safety in the body and in everyday environments, rather than trying to create or force it.
We explore physical cues of steadiness, pacing, and settling, and why change often feels hard when these foundations aren’t in place.
March – Feeling Without Flooding
This month explores how to stay present with feelings without becoming overwhelmed or shut down. The focus is on noticing emotions in ways that feel manageable and contained, without needing to analyse or express them.
April – Self-Compassion Instead of Self-Correction
This theme looks at the difference between supporting yourself and constantly correcting yourself. We explore how self-criticism often develops as protection, and how compassion can offer more stability and ease, without requiring positivity or forgiveness.
May – Boundaries Without Guilt
Setting boundaries can bring relief, discomfort, guilt, or all three. This month explores boundaries from the inside, focusing on internal permission rather than external action, and why guilt so often appears when limits are considered.
June – Needs, Not Just Coping
Coping can keep us going, but it doesn’t always mean our needs are being met. This theme gently explores how to recognise needs beneath coping strategies, especially for those who were never encouraged to notice or name them.
July – Identity Beyond Survival
When life has required a lot of coping or endurance, identity can become organised around survival. This month explores who you are beneath roles and patterns, with curiosity rather than pressure to redefine yourself.
August – Capacity, Not Pressure
This theme focuses on capacity rather than pushing. We explore how limits, tiredness, and the need to slow down are forms of information rather than failure, and how respecting capacity supports steadiness over time.
September – Relationships & Safety
Relationships play a powerful role in nervous system regulation. This month explores how safety, closeness, distance, and tension are experienced in connection with others, without assuming that relationships feel easy or safe.
October – Trusting Yourself
Self-trust is often disrupted by life experiences rather than choice. This theme gently explores how trust in yourself can be lost, and how it can return slowly through listening, noticing, and responding with care rather than judgement.
November – Grief, Loss & Emotional Honesty
Grief is not limited to bereavement, and it doesn’t follow a tidy path. This month offers space for emotional honesty around loss and change, without pressure to process, resolve, or move on.
December – Integration Without Judgement
As the year comes to a close, this theme invites gentle integration rather than review or assessment. It offers space to notice what has shifted, what hasn’t, and what you’re carrying forward, without comparison or judgement.
A gentle reminder
You don’t need to engage with every theme
You don’t need to move through them in order
You’re not behind if you join part-way through the year
This space is here to support you, not to ask anything of you.
