Shetland Resolve Terms & Conditions

By ticking the box on the order form, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. I may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version to your address on my records.

By completing the Application and signing below, you authorise Shetland Resolve to charge your credit or debit card, as indicated above, as payment for product or service with Shetland Resolve.

When paying for any products or service you are responsible for full payment of fees for the programme, event or product whether you actually attend the events, watch the programmes or use the products. This also applies to part payments and payment plans.

For payment plans for any programmes or events, once purchased via the initial payment, you have agreed to complete all payments required for the purchase. Once the initial email is sent for any programme and material is sent out, no refund is possible due to the material being received.

Monthly membership payments. You can leave at any time without explanation. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership within the training portal Simplero. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next payment date because once a payment has been taken, the material is released and no refund can be given.

I treat everyone on my programmes and at my events with equality and respect and expect the same form all participants. Please ensure you check group rules for any group programmes online or otherwise. If you fail to adhere to the rules Shetland Resolve has the right to remove you from the programme without a refund. As well as being respectful within the group communities, it is also a part of the group agreements that you will respect each other’s confidentiality and privacy and not share anyone’s private information in any form. Shetland Resolve will also ensure to keep your information private and is a member of the ICO for carrying data. Please ensure that you are aware of whether you are in a private or a public group as Shetland Resolve has both across social media platforms.

Complaints: If you have any concerns or questions that you would like to bring to my attention, please email diane@shetlandresolve.co.uk as a first course of action. I will be happy to respond to your concerns and enquiries as soon as possible.

You also understand that you are fully responsible for your own health, and that although Diane Taylor at Shetland Resolve is a motivational coach and therapist, these courses, programmes and products are not therapy. This is not intended as an alternative to seeking help from a medical professional such as your GP. You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician and/or qualified medical practitioner before making any changes to your medical treatment. You also agree that if you have any concerns about symptoms or medical conditions that you contact your GP. You are also in agreement that you have the adult capacity to use any products or participate in any programmes or sessions with Diane Taylor at Shetland Resolve.
