I’m Diane Taylor, an advanced hypnotherapist, coach and nervous system practitioner based in Shetland. Through online and in-person support, I work with people across the UK and around the world.
For more than 15 years, I've supported people who may look like they are holding everything together on the outside, while inside they feel anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, shut down, self-critical or unable to change patterns they have tried so hard to shift.
